As an award‑winning college, we are looking for exceptional people to support and develop our students. We seek an enthusiastic and proactive facilitator to join our University Centre team. In this role, you will work closely to support lecturers across a range of courses, providing practical support in areas such as land surveying, concrete testing, and building services engineering. You will also help ensure that workshops and classrooms are well‑prepared and fully equipped for teaching.
Responsibilities- Work closely with lecturers across multiple courses, providing hands‑on support in land surveying, concrete testing, and building services engineering.
- Ensure all workshops and classrooms are prepared and fully equipped for teaching sessions.
- Offer practical support to students within a training environment.
- Highly motivated, effective communicator.
- Level 2 qualification or above in a construction, engineering, or science‑related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong practical skills and a clear understanding of the needs of learners.
- 25‑day annual leave entitlement, plus 8 Bank Holidays and 10 college closure days (plus an additional 5 days of leave after 5 years of service with us)
