Surveyor – Public Sector Advisory – Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield’s Public Sector Advisory team is a specialist national group within the wider firm. We apply a blend of real‑estate, financial, management consultancy, organisational and procurement skills to enable our clients to find creative solutions to their use and management of property and facilities. We place property issues firmly within a broader commercial and organisational context, creating strategies and delivering solutions to meet our clients’ needs.

• Leeds based but working with colleagues across the country
• Full‑time, with on‑the‑job training and the option to receive a fully‑paid Master’s degree in Real Estate and progress to RICS accreditation if you do not already have an RICS accredited undergraduate degree
• Key supporting role on projects involving significant client contact, including analysis and processing of technical information
• Manage and liaise with internal teams and external consultants to provide a full service to clients
• Business and report writing
• IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)

• New graduate or early‑career professional with relevant degrees (e.g., economics, geography) or a strong interest in the field, demonstrating strong analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to present ideas and recommendations to colleagues and clients clearly and confidently
• Strong numeracy skills
• High level of initiative, multi‑tasking and ability to manage own time
• Curious mind and enthusiasm for challenging projects and new areas of work
• UK driving licence is preferred
