The Role: We are currently seeking Lecturers to teach the BSc (Hons) Business and Tourism Management programme. Due to our delivery model, the role requires flexibility to teach during weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Essential

Skills And Experience:

  • An honours degree and Masters level in a relevant subject; usually hold a PhD or equivalent high‑level professional experience.
  • A Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification, or a commitment to enrol on a teaching programme within the probationary period.
  • Previous lecturing experience for similar courses and supervision of student work.
  • Experience teaching in the wider subject area and with distance learning.
  • Professional conduct and ethical engagement with staff and students.
  • Extensive subject knowledge and commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Attention to detail, accurate reporting and thorough record‑keeping.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills; ability to work with diverse groups.
