Careers & Employability Consultants – 12 month fixed term

We are recruiting for three fixed‑term Careers & Employability Consultant posts to cover parental leave during 2026 and early 2027. The roles build on the university’s Student and Graduate employability offer and consultancy services for Academic colleagues and Employers.

1 x 1 FTE, 1 x 0.8 FTE, 1 x 0.6 FTE

These posts provide career support to students and graduates, deliver employability activities, work with employers to create opportunities, and collaborate with academics to embed careers learning within subject disciplines.

Work directly with students in curricular or interdisciplinary career education and experiential learning, with graduates navigating early career decisions, with employers on opportunity generation, and with academics on best practice embedding careers and employability learning.

Experience in employability and career development in Higher Education or a related setting, with a track record of delivering activity that leads to positive outcomes. Open to full‑time and part‑time working patterns.

Closing Date – Sunday 18th January 2026 (23.59). Interview date – W/C 9th February (subject to change).
