Provide clinical care to patients, including face-to-face and telephone clinics, workflow (correspondence, results, medication reviews, reports and clinical administration), safeguarding, surgery meetings and Duty Dr work. Show respect and sensitivity towards patients and colleagues, always following the GMC ethical principles in Duties of a Doctor. Work closely with the practice team and partner organisations to deliver clinical care, including attending practice team meetings.
Support the practice to achieve quality outcomes and contractual targets.

- Keep careful medical records and collect data to monitor practice performance.
- Ensure mandatory and organisational training is up to date.
- Ensure continuous professional development appropriate to the role.
- Engage with NHS annual appraisal and GMC revalidation.
- Participate in a culture that prioritises quality and safety.
- Document and report learning events and clinical governance matters.
- Promote evidence based practice and share good practice with colleagues and peers.
- Ensure data protection guidelines are followed, confidentiality is respected and patient access to services is promoted.
- Adhere to Bevan's Clinical Governance Standards, Policies and Procedures, and act as an ambassador for Bevan Community Benefit Society.
