This is an excellent to join an award-winning architectural practice who have studios across the UK and specialise within residential, accessible design and Master planning. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join their team in their Leeds studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Manage residential projects through the planning, tender and site stages
• Produce building regulation packages
• Prepare and submit planning applications
• Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
• Job running experience advantageous
• Working towards CIAT membership
• Experience working across RIBA stages 2-5
• Residential sector experience is essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
