Job Title:
Architectural Technician
Location:
Kent
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the South East’s leading RIBA chartered practice who provide a wide range of design services to the residential, heritage, commercial, and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technicians to join their expanding team in Canterbury.

- Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
- Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Significant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Experience working on projects across a broad range of sectors
- Job running experience
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to Canterbury
