Konker is recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a RIBA practice based in central Leeds. The main office is in Harrogate, where you will be expected to work on Mondays for team meetings. The practice has recently moved to a brand‑new office with easy commuter links from Leeds/Bradford and does not require travel into central Harrogate. It is an independently owned RIBA practice of 25 with a solid pipeline of work and a strong order book, requiring support with an increased workload.

The practice works on a wide variety of projects, including residential, care homes, retail and logistics. Projects are delivered from inception through to completion with a strong focus on both design and technical aspects. They maintain good relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to price. Revit is used across the practice, so previous experience with Revit is essential.

The firm offers financial support and mentoring for completing Part 3’s, with recent success in the office.

Part 2 Architectural Assistant

• Work within a well‑run, independent RIBA practice with a solid pipeline of work.
• Take a technically lead role, progressing through delivery aspects of the RIBA plan of work.
