Salary:  £25,500 + Annual Bonus

The Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced sales office within a well-established drinks distribution business. In this role, you will manage a daily outbound diary while building strong relationships with customers and helping to retain existing accounts.
You will be responsible for up selling products, introducing new product lines, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service. The position also involves handling a high volume of inbound calls relating to queries, complaints, and orders, as well as processing orders and arranging deliveries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and identifying sales opportunities while providing a high level of customer support.

Main Responsibilities:

Deliver a high standard of customer service, taking and inputting orders efficiently and accurately.
Manage a daily outbound call diary to maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
Convert incoming calls into planned outbound sales calls where appropriate.
Build strong relationships with regular customers and become a key point of contact.
Promote promotional offers and up sell relevant products to customers.
Support account managers by helping retain customers, assisting with new business opportunities, and completing administrative tasks.
Take ownership of resolving customer issues through proactive customer service.
Process orders, confirm deliveries.
Plan calls and identify gaps in customer supply using internal systems.
