Vertu Land Rover Leeds – Service Advisor

Vertu Land Rover Leeds has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our established and successful team. If you’re looking to build a rewarding career with one of the UK’s largest motor retail groups, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re offering a basic salary between £35,000 and £39,800 (depending on experience), plus an excellent range of company benefits.

The Role

The Service Advisor position is one of the most important and rewarding roles in our dealership. Customer service isn’t just about providing assistance—it’s about building trusted, long‑lasting relationships.

As the link between our customers and the workshop, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience at every stage of their visit.

You Will Be Responsible For
  • Setting clear expectations for customers and keeping them updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
  • Maintaining strong communication between customers and workshop teams
  • Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate
  • Ensuring customers are completely satisfied with the work carried out
About You

To be considered, you must have previous customer‑facing service experience
. Strong communication, relationship‑building skills and a high level of customer focus are essential. You'll also need to be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.

Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is an advantage, but not essential—we’re looking for the right attitude, confidence, and drive.
