The RoleWe are on the lookout for engaging individual to join our team at our Leeds Building to provide exceptional experiences for our members and their visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome all visitors warmly by greeting them in person or on the phone answering or referring enquiries.
- Create a culture to energise and empower people to create their best work.
- Facilitate all member requests such as meeting room reservations and catering, postage/parcel/courier arrangements ensuring services are appropriately charged for.
- Assist Managers and colleagues with all operational and administrative tasks.
- Deliver a smooth experience for internal and external Meeting Room guests including hosting, ordering and serving catering, preparing tea and coffee, assisting with tech requirements and refreshing rooms
- Conduct regular building walks to ensure all front and back of house areas are maintained at the highest-level checking for cleanliness, general visual standards, maintenance and health & safety issues.
- Ensure all communal spaces and Meeting Rooms are set up and are visually and operationally in working order.
- Raise & manage troubleshooting tickets via the IT Helpdesk for IT issues, and via Freshdesk for maintenance and cleaning issues, ensuring members are kept updated.
- You enjoy engaging with new people from all walks of life and being the first face of Fora. You get a kick out of making new connections and helping other people.
- Helping others gives you a huge sense of accomplishment – from planning and delivering events to surprising our members and being responsible for the smooth running of our buildings big and small day to day successes.
- You’re a great team player and know just the right things to say to foster harmony and build bridges with people inside and outside of the business. The success of Fora isn’t a one-person job – you’ll work together with a variety of other departments to keep our spaces running and buzzing.
- You will love to problem solve. You’re a thinker, a do-er and aren’t afraid to get creative with solutions for your clients needs.
- Your re not looking for an ordinary 9 to 5 desk job. Every day holds something different in store - One day you might be setting up a meeting room for 70 people and preparing catering , and the next might be conducting fire alarm tests or solving IT issues.
