Technical Specialist

This is a great job for someone who loves working with technology and enjoys helping colleagues solve their IT issues. This is a full‑time, on‑site role, and you'll be working in the Leeds office Monday to Friday.

• Excellent collaboration and customer service skills
• The ability to multitask whilst working in a busy customer‑focussed environment
• Proven experience in providing 1st & 2nd line end‑user support at all levels within an organisation
• A good technical understanding of:
  Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft MECM, Microsoft Active Directory, Service Now, Entra and Apple iOS
• Good understanding with mobile devices (iPhones, iPads), Microsoft Intune and Mobility/VPN technologies

• Starting salary Circa £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications)
• Bonus opportunity 8% of annual salary – Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's
