The Photo  People provide high‑quality Photo  to a wide range of industries and professions. With over 20 years of experience, they are expanding their team.

Starting salary £25,000 per annum.

• Full‑time position (37½ weeks, 9am‑5pm with a 30‑minute lunch break)
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays per annum

This is a varied and engaging role that combines customer support with card production.

• Telephone and video calls with customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the process
• Producing Photo  to a high standard using in‑house systems
• Delivering first‑class, friendly customer support at every stage
• Supporting general shared office tasks – from monitoring stock levels of consumables to pitching in with day‑to‑day jobs (including making tea)

• Preferably A‑Level education (degree not essential, but welcomed)
• At least two years’ work experience, ideally in a customer service role
• Strong commercial common sense and numeracy
• A resourceful, proactive and collaborative approach
• Ability to work well under mild pressure while keeping standards high
• A naturally sympathetic and supportive manner with customers
• Confidence using web‑based tools, computers and Microsoft software (“web savvy”)
