Salary: £33,000 to £45k depending on experience
About the jobThis is a hands‑on, concept‑led role with 3D at its core. You will support the Design Director with Sketch Up modelling, rendering and environment building, while also developing your own ideas and handling smaller projects from concept through to execution with minimal support.
You will help free up senior creative time by:
- Taking ownership of modelling and visualisation
- Picking up amends efficiently to improve turnaround for Client Services
- Managing defined projects independently
- Supporting the wider integration of 3D across the business
You are not just a visualiser.
You are an all‑round conceptual designer with strong spatial thinking.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Concept Development
- Develop and contribute to creative concepts across retail, experiential, digital, social and print
- Translate ideas into compelling 2D and 3D outputs
- Lead smaller projects end to end from concept through to delivery
- Present ideas internally and to clients with clarity and confidence
- Brief graphic designers and artwork teams clearly, setting expectations for how 2D and 3D work together while recognising they are not the same discipline
- Support Creative Leads by refining ideas and accelerating delivery
- Support the Design Director with Sketch Up modelling and high quality rendering
- Build and render environments, mannequins and spatial assets for use by 2D designers within flats and presentations
- Develop accurate 3D models with attention to scale, materials and feasibility
- Work efficiently through amends to speed up turnaround
Balance creativity with commercial and production realities - Help establish and maintain standards for 3D output across the business
- Support 3D software integration into the company
- Provide technical guidance to team members when required
- Contribute to setting best practice for how 3D is rolled out and embedded across projects
- Partner with Client Services to interpret and shape briefs
- Present spatial and conceptual thinking to senior stakeholders
- Work closely with production and artwork to ensure build‑ready outputs
- Collaborate across departments to ensure creative consistency
- Align all outputs with The Onlii’s Responsible Creative™ ethos
