The Role
We’re looking for a Campaign Delivery Manager to join a leading advertising agency in Leeds.
This is a hybrid role that sits between Client Services and Production — perfect for someone who thrives across the full lifecycle of a campaign, from initial briefing through to final delivery.
You’ll work closely with Production and Client Services teams to deliver fully integrated advertising campaigns end to end — from early creative development and art direction through to rollout, versioning and final playout.

🎯What You’ll Be Doing 🤝
Client Services & Project Leadership
- Act as day-to-day client contact, building trusted, confident relationships
- Take client briefs and activate them across the agency
- Create and own timelines, scopes and budgets
- Lead status updates, production meetings and delivery check‑ins
- Anticipate risks and proactively problem‑solve
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of campaign assets
Creative & Production Delivery
- Partner with creatives during concept development, offering feasibility guidance
- Support art direction and creative development through design and motion stages
- Oversee rollout and versioning across ATL channels, maintaining craft and consistency
- Manage internal and external resources (designers, motion artists, editors, audio studios, post houses)
- Support Producers with campaign photography, video shoots, CGI and asset production
- Coordinate post‑production, clearance, trafficking and final delivery
Campaign Rollout & Final Delivery 🛠️
You’ll Oversee Multi‑channel Campaigns Across
- TV & VOD
- You Tube
- Radio & Digital Audio
- Online & Social
- OOH & Press
Ensuring
- All assets meet technical and compliance requirements
- Adaptations, localisation and versioning are managed seamlessly
- Final sign‑off, playout and delivery (including station delivery and copy instructions via Caria) are executed flawlessly
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in delivery, production or client services within a creative agency or production environment
- Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns end to end
- Strong working knowledge of ATL channels (TV, VOD, You Tube, radio/audio, online, social, print, OOH, press)
- Confident managing multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously
- Excellent communicator across clients, creatives and suppliers
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Understanding of art direction, design and motion workflows
- Comfortable managing production budgets, estimates and reconciliations
- Experience working with media agencies and external production partners
