Producer; FTC

IMA is a creative agency that builds brands people want to be part of. We’re looking for a Producer to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract to manage the production of various motion and stills projects, ensuring everything we create is world‑class and delivered with precision.

As a Producer, you will be responsible for managing the production of motion and stills projects, including TVCs, Radio, and Social roll‑outs, while ensuring they are completed on‑time and within budget. Reporting to the Lead Producer, you will lead and coordinate production stages and collaborate across teams to provide specialist guidance. You will act as the vital link between creative vision and technical delivery, keeping stakeholders engaged and projects moving smoothly.

• You will manage and oversee the production of multiple motion audio and stills projects from pre‑production through to delivery.
• You will handle pre‑production organisation including sourcing locations, permits, casting and logistics like travel and catering within approved budgets.
• You will oversee the post‑production process including editing, sound design, colour correction and visual effects.
• You will keep everyone informed and engaged throughout project timelines with regular milestone statuses.
• You will develop and manage cost‑effective quotes and timing plans while navigating evolving project needs.
• You will demonstrate strong commercial awareness by managing project costs, reporting, forecasting and generating purchase orders.

• You have at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• You have a portfolio of previous production examples featuring medium to high‑end budget work.
• You possess a strong understanding of digital and social media platform formats and requirements.
• You have strong time management skills and are able to prioritise and multitask to tight deadlines.
• You possess excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
