We’re looking for a creative and ambitious Junior Designer to join our fast-growing marketing team, working across Yorkshire Dental Suite (an award-winning private dental practice) and Smile White (a rapidly expanding UK dental brand).

, and brand launches

• Designing engaging digital assets for websites, social media, and email campaigns
• Supporting the development of brand identity and guidelines for both YDS & Smile White
• Working closely with the wider marketing team on creative campaigns and launches
• Bringing fresh, innovative ideas to elevate our visual storytelling

• A recent design graduate (or 1–2 years’ experience in a design role)
• Proficient in Design Software (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; bonus if you know After Effects/Premiere Pro)
• A strong eye for typography, colour, and layout
• Passion for branding and creating consistent, polished visuals
• A proactive, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative team

• Full-time, office-based role in Leeds with two dynamic, forward-thinking brands
• Exposure to a wide range of projects – from luxury private healthcare to national brand campaigns
• Support, mentorship, and development from an experienced in-house marketing team
• Opportunity to work on events, social campaigns

Hours: Full time 09:00 – 17:00
