The Role:
Creative Strategist
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be part of our fast-paced Growth Team, creating performance-driven ad creatives across Meta, Tik Tok and You Tube. You'll work end-to-end on content creation — from idea to execution — collaborating with media buyers and other strategists to produce content that performs.
Duties and responsibilitiesDevelop scroll stopping creative concepts for paid social ads (UGC, video, static) based on data, trends, and creative theory
- Write high-performing scripts with strong hooks, clear messaging and persuasive storytelling
- Be able to use Figma, Photoshop and AI image tools
- Create content briefs for production, including filming direction for UGC creators and the in-house team
- Collaborate with our growth team to test and iterate on creatives based on ad performance
- Stay ahead of trends on Tik Tok and Meta, proactively suggesting new content ideas
- Work closely with other creative strategists to push our creative output forward

It’sessential that you have / are:
- 2–3 years of experience in creative, graphic design, content marketing, copywriting or organic social roles
- Confident in scripting, editing, and storytelling
- Data-driven and understands key paid social performance metrics
- Comfortable ideating, testing and iterating content in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and creative intuition
- Passionate about content and social media — especially Meta and Instagram
- Entrepreneur and self-driven
- A collaborative team player who thrives in hybrid setups and cross-functional environments
- Enrolment in our discretionary overall company performance bonus scheme.
- Contracted to 38.75 hours per week
