Product Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Product Coordinator with a genuine interest in furniture and homewares to join our team.

Working closely with our Buying, Merchandising, Brand, and E-commerce teams, this role plays a key part in managing critical paths, coordinating photography samples across the UK and China, and ensuring all product information is accurate and ready for launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requesting photography samples from the suppliers, post range sign-off
• Tracking photography samples and ensuring they are delivered to the relevant photography studios, in both China and the UK
• Support in completion of the attribute sheet , with all SKU information including care instructions, weights, dimensions and any other mandatory information
• Help to manage production critical paths along with the wider buying team
• Manage the end-to- end NPD critical path, highlighting areas of concern to the buying team
• Have an agile approach to working and able to problem solve if samples or production is delayed, or ready sooner
• Be able to report on the status of samples, photography and copy at any given time
• Assist the buying team in checking final product pages before they go live on the website, including colour, copy and pricing is accurate

• Strong teamwork skills, being able to work with the Buying, Merchandising, Brand and Ecom team to reach a common goal, sharing information and supporting colleagues
