As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be part of our fast‑paced Growth Team, creating performance‑driven ad creatives across Meta, Tik Tok and You Tube. You'll work end‑to‑end on content creation — from idea to execution — collaborating with media buyers and other strategists to produce content that performs.

• Develop scroll stopping creative concepts for paid social ads (UGC, video, static) based on data, trends, and creative theory
• Write high‑performing scripts with strong hooks, clear messaging and persuasive storytelling
• Be able to use Figma, Photoshop and AI image tools
• Create content briefs for production, including filming direction for UGC creators and the in‑house team
• Collaborate with our growth team to test and iterate on creatives based on ad performance
• Stay ahead of trends on Tik Tok and Meta, proactively suggesting new content ideas
• Work closely with other creative strategists to push our creative output forward

• 2–3 years of experience in creative, graphic design, content marketing, copywriting or organic social roles
• Confident in scripting, editing, and storytelling
• Data‑driven and understands key paid social performance metrics
• Comfortable ideating, testing and iterating content in a fast‑moving environment
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and creative intuition
• Passionate about content and social media – especially Meta and Instagram
• Entrepreneur and self‑driven
• A collaborative team player who thrives in hybrid setups and cross‑functional environments

• An annual salary up to £35,000.
• Hybrid working – 3 days on site at our office in Leeds (Radius, One City West, LS12 6NJ
  )
