Designer - Bet

DAZN is looking for a Designer with a passion for sport and brand design. Based in London, Madrid or Leeds, this global role is a key hire to help the DAZN Creative team deliver on DAZN Bet’s ambitious goals. Working as part of the central design team, you will translate marketing and promotional briefs into visually stunning work that tells stories that cut through, build and shape the DAZN Bet brand and drive business performance.

The department is a mix of Creatives, Designers and Production staff.

• Design digital assets – web banners, email headers, social assets, partner assets, corporate presentations, etc.
• Work alongside creative colleagues/stakeholders to interpret briefs and create the best work.
• Follow brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Contribute and collaborate effectively with producers, creatives, editors and other members of the creative team.
• Be self-confident, flexible, motivated and a good communicator.

• 2+ years working at a highly respected creative agency and/or in-house team.
• Educated to degree level in design or a related discipline, or have equivalent industry experience with demonstrable graphic design and branding skills.
• Strong portfolio of work, showing creative invention.
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator are mandatory.
• Figma experience preferable.
• An understanding of digital design for both web and email marketing.
• Experience of using AI image generation tools preferable or willingness to learn.
