Public Relations Executive

Do you love to write? This role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills within an established PR Agency based in Leeds City Centre. The person is key for this role as you will bring your creative writing skills but you must be confident and eager to learn. Elements of a PR role include media relations and you must be confident reaching out, building contacts, networks and being resilient that this might take more than one email or call.

This role will focus on writing, media relations and reporting on success. A background in communications, PR, content is ideal.

Hybrid role and you must be based local to Leeds, English must be your first language due to the nature of the writing and content you will produce.

• Strong background in writing
• You'll love to pitch ideas to the team and bring creative ideas to campaigns and pitches
• You'll be eager to develop your PR skills and partake in training and development at every opportunity
• Not afraid to network, build connections and develop the media relations side of PR

• Liaising with industry press and journalists to gain valuable exposure for clients
• Producing engaging PR content across a range of digital and traditional channels
• Being a key-player in creating creative PR campaigns by bringing fresh and forward-thinking ideas

This role offers a hybrid working pattern from the office based in Leeds City Center and is therefore commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Harrogate and the surrounding areas.
