As a Senior Designer you will have an obsession for design, you follow trends, and show an interest in a wide range of design disciplines, across brand, print and digital. You inspire others with your creative thinking and leadership. We need creatives with a relentless passion for crafting well thought-out and visually engaging design. You will have experience working alongside creatives and other agency departments to deliver outstanding design work, and will possess an excellent of understanding of all aspects of design across typography, hierarchy of messaging and the all important grid, brand, online and printed design.

• The ability to set key visuals for campaigns and projects
• Exceptional conceptual and creative thinking in your work
• Your ideas shine through in work, with strong rationale
• Excellent execution skills, with your designs meeting the expectations of the Creative Director
• Ability to create multiple design options, all on brief and in time
• You must be able to work at a pace that allows time for development/reviewing before the final deadline
• The confidence to sell your work to the Head of Design, Creative Director, Client Services and clients
• You will be able to guide Junior team members and advise them on the direction of their work, championing an approach to continuous learning and development across the creative team
