Senior CGI Producer
Ride Shotgun is a fast‑growing strategic brand, activation and production agency in the UK that thrives on creative ambition and quality production. We are looking for an experienced CGI Senior Producer to lead the production of premium large‑volume CGI stills for major brands. The role is focused on owning the CGI stills pipeline, with occasional support for animation or multi‑channel formats.
As a key member of our production team you will manage complex CGI workflows, align creative vision with practical execution and ensure every asset meets the highest standards. You must understand pipelines across modelling, shader development, batch cut‑outs and lifestyle 3‑D production, and guide teams through fast‑paced production cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage CGI content projects from brief to final delivery.
- Produce detailed timelines with milestones, dependencies and approval stages.
- Plan resources with the team to ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor risks and issues, resolving or escalating quickly.
- Build and manage project budgets, negotiating with vendors and partners when necessary.
- Act as the client contact, maintaining clear communication and aligning expectations.
- Proven experience managing CGI production from briefing through to delivery.
- Strong understanding of CGI, animation, VFX or similar production pipelines.
- Experience managing budgets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Innovative, solutions‑first mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
- Confident influencing and negotiation skills, even under pressure.
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry‑standard tools and pipelines.
Based in our Leeds or Manchester office, Monday‑Friday 9:00‑17:30. Hybrid working is available.
