The Role As Senior Estimator, you will take the lead on pricing high-end joinery and interior fit-out projects , producing accurate and competitive tenders while working closely with the wider commercial and pre-construction teams. Projects typically include:
Luxury residential developments High-end hotels Cruise ship interior fit-outs

Key responsibilities:

Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Producing accurate take-offs and cost plans Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing Identifying value engineering opportunities Supporting the commercial team throughout the tender process What Theyre Looking For Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within fit-out or joinery Background in interior fit-out, specialist joinery, or high-end finishes Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to manage tenders independently in a remote working environment Salary & Benefits £60,000 £ 80,000 salary depending on experience Fully remote working 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) Pension scheme 5% employer contribution Life assurance Health scheme Annual salary reviews Working Hours Monday Thursday: 08:30 17:30 Friday: 08:30 14:00 (early finish) Interview Process First stage:
