About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the day‑to‑day engineering and construction activities across a range of schemes. Working closely with the Site Agent or Project Manager, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. From refurbishments to large‑scale redevelopments, you’ll play a key role in maintaining programme, budget, and quality—while upholding our commitment to Health & Safety and customer satisfaction.

Location

Based at Leeds, but overseeing works currently at Pinfold Lane, Bridlington

What we will expect from you
  • Ensure the delivery of projects to agreed timescales
  • Ensure the delivery of projects are within budget requirements
  • Ensure the delivery of projects to an exceptional quality standard
  • Ensure H&S on site is adhered to at all times
  • Plan and coordinate resources to ensure site runs effectively and efficiently
  • Plan and coordinate all work for subcontractors
  • Feedback regularly to Contracts Manager on New Build matters
  • Submit weekly timesheets to payroll – where applicable
  • Ensure site employees are appropriately trained

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years occupational experience
  • 5 Day SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS Card
  • Environmental Waste Management for Managers (desirable)
  • Manual Handling (desirable)
