A leading UK main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major energy framework in Yorkshire. The role involves commercial management of NEC contracts from inception through to final accounts, ensuring cost control and reporting on complex civil and power projects. Applicants should have proven experience, strong commercial acumen, and familiarity with the NEC suite of contracts. A competitive salary package of £55,000 to £65,000 plus benefits is offered, including a £6,500 travel allowance and 27 days annual leave.
