Site Manager – Sports Pitch Construction (Lead, Leeds & Sheffield)

£45,000-£50,000 plus van, fuel card and progression opportunities. A chance to join a leading, forward‑thinking sports construction specialist known for top‑quality pitches and athletics tracks.

Oversee all on‑site operations for sports pitch projects from start to finish. Manage material ordering, deliveries, programme updates, set‑outs and plan reviews to ensure work is delivered to the highest standards.

• End‑to‑end management of on‑site construction activities.
• Order materials, accept deliveries and maintain accurate inventory.
• Update project programmes and coordinate timelines with site teams.
• Prepare and review set‑outs, plans and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality and client requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for client, contractor and consultant teams.
• Travel within the Northern region (initial focus on Leeds & Sheffield; future sites between Liverpool & Doncaster).

• Relevant experience in groundworks, earthworks or civil engineering.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• SSSTS and CSCS accreditations desirable.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
