What You’ll Do

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects within the commercial property sector, including :

• Contract administration
• Technical due diligence
• Dilapidations
• Building pathology
• General building surveying tasks

• MRICS qualification with a degree in Building Surveying
• Strong experience in a commercial property environment
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills
• A keen interest in business development and building client relationships
• Commercially astute with a thorough understanding of building contracts
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
