An established, RICS-chartered construction consultancy operating nationally with a reputation for excellence in building surveying, project management, and cost consultancy. The company is known for its technical expertise, long-term client relationships, and strong focus on professional development, offering a supportive team culture and varied project exposure across multiple sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver a full range of building surveying services including defect analysis, dilapidations, condition surveys and refurbishment or new build projects
Manage client relationships and provide professional technical advice across commercial, residential and public-sector portfolios
Prepare and present technical reports, specifications and schedules of work
Assist with contract administration, project delivery and quality assurance
Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership)
Strong technical knowledge of construction, maintenance and building pathology
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of Building Regulations and Principal Designer duties (advantageous)
Understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety (preferred).
