Assistant Build Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established Tier 1 contractor delivering projects across Yorkshire. This role would suit someone currently operating at Trainee or Assistant level who is ready to take the next step in their career.

• Supporting the Site / Project Manager with day-to-day site operations
• Managing subcontractor packages and coordinating trades on site
• Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety compliance
• Assisting with site reporting and programme updates
• Using digital site systems for reporting and document control

• Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor or a large regional contractor
• Strong understanding of package management and site processes
• Confident with H&S procedures and site compliance
• IT literate, with experience using systems such as Fieldview, 4P, Dalux or similar
• Willing to travel across Yorkshire

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid

• £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
• Car allowance circa £4,000
• Bonus scheme
