Quantity Surveyor

An international construction consultancy we work with are looking to add you to their established team, you will be an qualified Experienced Cost Manager
- Quantity Surveyor /Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Cost manager seeking a new challenge and environment to develop in.

• The primary role is to service current workload across the infrastructure sectors that they operate in, this may include but not be limited to Civils, Infrastructure, Highways, Rail, Water and Power.
• They have an enviable portfolio of work for you to get your teeth into straight away.
• You will possess strong client facing skills, be somebody who wants to make a difference. Ideally your skill set will include good commercial contractual knowledge and possess a strong team ethic.
• As part of your experience you may have undertaken cost planning, been involved with procurement, estimating and you will enjoy and be able to demonstrate a track record in project delivery.
• You will have strong technical knowledge and be a degree qualified or equivalent Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor currently.
• This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the blue-chip businesses in the region.
• You will have potentially 3-5 years plus experience in a similar consultancy or contractor environment and are seeking a bigger platform for you to progress and develop your career. As an experienced Cost Manager
  - Quantity Surveyor you may be RICS qualified already or working towards achieving this.
• You will be able to demonstrate experience in the industry sectors detailed, Construction Industry – Civils-Infrastructure-Highways-Rail-Water-Power
• Working towards or hold RICS qualification( royal institute of chartered surveyors) Chartered quantity Surveyor status.
