Up to £53,500 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you a compassionate and resilient leader ready to shape the future of young lives? Do you want to work in a beautiful location in the Shropshire countryside? We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead one of our established residential childrens homes. You will be joining a team that is committed to a child-centred, therapeutic approach, helping vulnerable children achieve their full potential.
Role Overview :
You will provide strong leadership and management, ensuring high-quality care, education, and therapeutic support for children with complex needs. This role requires dedication, experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the residential care team to provide exceptional care. Maintain high standards of safeguarding and child protection. Support staff development and ensure smooth daily operations. Promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children. Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience as a Senior Residential Care Worker, Deputy, or Home Manager. NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. Full UK manual driving licence and access to personal transport. Flexible working across various environments. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Benefits:
