Position: Registered Manager (Ofsted)

Job Title: Registered Manager

Location: Leeds LS12,

Salary: £40,000 + Car or Allowance (£6,000) + Bonus (£2,000-£3,000 Ofsted Bonus)

Working Hours: Full-time

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: Young People (7 to 16 years old) with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties)

Qualifications

Required:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)

Experience

Required:

Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within children's residential care

Employment Type: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead and manage a well-established children's residential home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in children's residential care, a deep understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support to young people with EBD.
