Key Responsibilities
  • Manage shared Outlook mailboxes for the Conflicts and Client Opening Teams.
  • Review and approve client and matter maintenance requests.
  • Triage review of high-risk mirror matters, matter transfers and matter reactivation requests.
  • Assist legal teams with ad-hoc queries via email and telephone.
  • Support with client and matter risk assessments in line with Firm policies and procedures
  • Support with third party payment requests in line with Firm policies and procedures
  • Reporting daily statistics to the General Counsel and Director of Business Acceptance
  • Directing queries to the appropriate persons within the Team and wider Governance and Compliance department
  • Assist with the delivery of Team projects as required
