Business Development Coordinator

Business Development Coordinator - London (Hybrid) An international law firm is looking for a confident, proactive Client Development Coordinator to join its London office. This is a great role for someone who loves proposal work, enjoys collaborating with senior stakeholders, and thrives in a fast paced, global environment. What You'll Do Lead end to end proposal and pitch creation Write and edit capability statements, case studies, and bios Track proposals, feedback, and BD activity Research target clients and support strategic BD plans Maintain proposal and experience systems Support directories, awards, events, sponsor ships, and cross-office BD projects What You Bring Bachelors degree  3 years professional experience (professional services ideal, law firm a bonus) Strong writing, editing, and project management skills Highly organised, detail driven, and comfortable with tight deadlines Confident communicator with senior stakeholders Strong Microsoft Office skills Bonus: energy sector experience, extra languages, proposal/project management training Working Style Full time, 09:30-18:00 Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office Flexibility for occasional overtime and international travel Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
