Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Leeds for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and managing accounts to ensure long-term success. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to grow the membership base, presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients, and representing the organization at industry events to drive engagement and increase awareness of CII's offerings.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure new growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Communication and Business skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • Experience in Account Management to oversee client success and ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Proven ability in developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to business objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial planning industry is advantageous.
