Salary: From £28k - £30k+ & 10% discretionary bonus
About the RoleWe are looking for a Client Executive to join our in-house agency partnership with Asda Media
. In this role, you’ll help process, manage and activate omni-channel campaigns that connect FMCG brands with millions of Asda shoppers, owning delivery from briefing and asset collection through to launch, tracking and evaluation
, ensuring everything goes live on time, on brand, and to a high standard

, with confidence managing multiple deadlines - Great stakeholder management skills, able to build trusted relationships across internal teams, Asda stakeholders, suppliers, and third parties
- Clear, professional communication skills (email, phone, video and face-to-face)
- A proactive, “can do” attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Ability to adapt and embrace change in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in growing a career in marketing (previous experience is a bonus)

What You’ll Be DoingYour days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
- Managing the delivery of omni-channel campaigns (print, digital, social, onsite and offsite media) from post-booking through to go-live
- Gathering and processing campaign inputs:
briefs, creative assets, targeting requirements and budgets - Using portals and internal systems to set up campaigns
, track progress, and keep trackers/dashboards up to date - Coordinating with key stakeholders (e.g.,
Asda Brand Comms, Ecom teams, Studio 368, Content teams
) and external partners to hit deadlines - Advising on and applying Asda brand guidelines and restrictions across campaign activity
- Reviewing supplier submissions,
approving/rejecting artwork/briefs
, and routing assets for checks (pricing, print, publishing)
