This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of sales experience who is ready to take on a 360-degree sales cycle, focusing heavily on new business acquisition and account management within the UK Public Sector.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Focus on engaging and building relationships within key public sector customer groups, including Police Forces and Search & Rescue.
- Lead on tenders and manage public sector contracts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
- Collaborate internally to ensure seamless service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2-3 years in a Business Development or Sales role, with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Public Sector Sales: Essential experience selling into the UK Public Sector, including proficiency with tenders and contracts.
- Product Knowledge: Prior sales experience with technology or hardware products is a must.
- Sales Acumen: Confident managing the full 360 sales cycle, from new business generation to account development.
- Attributes: Switched on, resilient, a straight talker, and genuinely eager to grow and develop with our business.
