We’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and wants to play a hands‑on role in building and shaping the future of the platform.

About

The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeds for a Customer Success Manager. You’ll sit at the centre of the business, owning day-to-day customer experience, supporting core financial operations, converting inbound demand, and collaborating directly with Product and Engineering.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers are supported, operational processes run accurately, and new opportunities are captured and converted. At the same time, you’ll help shape the product by feeding back customer insights and participating in feature testing and validation.

If you’re commercially minded, operationally sharp, and excited to work across support, sales, and product, this role is for you.

Qualifications
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or financial services environment
  • Confidence managing customers directly and hosting product demonstrations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around financial processes
  • A commercial mindset and comfort discussing value with prospects
  • The ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
  • A strong bias toward action and a hands‑on approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
