The RoleAs Client Development Director, you will nurture and evolve our client’s largest and most strategic accounts on an international level, driving revenue and profit growth. Your role includes developing sales strategies within active and inactive accounts to secure profitable business, expanding service offerings, networking and marketing activities, competitive analysis, coordinating presentations and proposals, and conducting client meetings. You will create strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close a wide range of solutions-based business within the company’s breadth of services while embracing specific business development initiatives around market conditions.
You will manage 12‑ to 18‑month sales cycles and growth in multi‑million revenue accounts; a strong solutions‑sales background is required. You will also feed information and understandings back to the team to ensure consistent service quality.
The PersonWe are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interact effectively with all levels within and outside the organization. The candidate will possess strong skills in sourcing clients, strong negotiation skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, and a consistently high standard of work excellence. Candidates from both print and packaging will be considered.
