Procurement Analyst - Purchasing & Sourcing - Commercial Contracts - German Speaker - Technology Organisation

An exciting opportunity arises for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join a rapidly growing exciting Procurement team. This organisation are one of the best in their field, and are looking for an additional resource to add to the already fantastically strong procurement individuals. As an Procurement Analyst you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of the Procurement Team.

Tasks to include but not limited to the following.

• To raise processing of orders for a group of designated sites and business area
• To resolve user and supplier order queries.
• To liaise with accounts payable & site personnel to control, resolve and minimise blocked invoices
• To provide admin support and reporting for the Procurement team as required.
• Involved in reviewing commercial contracts
• Maintenance of Contracts profile, contract items and pricin

• Support Procurement team in arrange contract signatures
• Purchasing and Sourcing

Experience:

• Previous experience in an Procurement Analyst position is preferred
• Previous experience in Purchasing and Sourcing
• Proficient in typing and data entry
• Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
