We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Plan-Apps team
. In this role, you’ll support the management of a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality, insight-led projects that drive commercial success. You’ll work closely with internal Insight and Planning teams to turn data into meaningful consultancy, helping clients answer real business questions with confidence.

A Little Bit About YouYou’ll bring:
- 1+ years’ experience in a client-facing role
- Experience contributing to high-quality deliverables
- Confidence presenting work directly to clients
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A baseline understanding of the retail media industry
- A solution-focused mindset and the ability to think differently
- An interest in data and insight (experience working with data is a plus)

What You’ll Be DoingYour days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
- Supporting the management of key client relationships and contributing to overall relationship health
- Delivering insight-led projects and consultancy work to a consistently high standard
- Using a consultative approach to answer client business questions with data-driven solutions
- Managing multiple live projects across different clients
- Communicating the Plan-Apps proposition confidently and handling common client objections
- Collaborating with Insight and Planning teams to create impactful outputs
- Contributing ideas to wider organisational initiatives that support SMG’s mission
