What You'll Do:
As a Senior Business Design Manager, you will:

Analyze and solve complex business challenges in a structured manner.
Step back to see the big picture and identify strategic opportunities.
Collaborate with various teams to enhance our business design framework.
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and buy-in for initiatives.
Communicate ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven experience in business design or related field.
A strong understanding of business operating models and strategic design principles.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of successful collaboration.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
