We’re looking for a Procurement Graduate to join our September 2026 Graduate Programme

As a Graduate Buyer, you’ll join our 24-month Graduate Programme with structured training, exciting projects, and hands-on experience across different areas of Procurement. You’ll complete four six-month rotations, gaining a wide view of how Procurement works in a fast-paced business. You’ll also be given the fantastic opportunity to work towards your Supply Chain and Procurement Level 4 Apprenticeship and CIPS Level 4 qualification, fully supported by your wider team.
This is a permanent and full-time role based in Leeds, salary up to £27,000.
What You’ll Be Doing- Learning about strategic procurement, including cost savings, risk management, and ESG.
- Supporting managers and stakeholders to find opportunities for improvement.
- Building expertise in assigned categories, including supplier markets and contracts.
- Researching suppliers and the market to find new ideas and opportunities.
- Preparing reports and recommendations to influence decisions.
- Being involved in commercial and contract negotiations with guidance.
- Tracking and reporting benefits with Finance and stakeholders.
- Helping improve processes and sharing best practice.
- Collaborating with colleagues and presenting insights to senior teams.
- Seeking feedback to support your growth.
You’ll also join the EVRi Emerging Talent Development Programme, with mentoring and networking opportunities across the business.
What You’ll Bring- A minimum 2:2 degree in Maths, Business, Data, or another STEM-related subject.
- GCSEs in English and Maths at A*–C (9–4) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Curious, proactive, and keen to learn.
- Good analytical, reporting, and time management skills.
- Confident presenting information and influencing others.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
This is an agile role, with occasional travel. You’ll be based in Morley, attending the office two days a week.
