The Role
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in delivering the sales strategy across B2B channels. The role combines strategic business development with hands‑on account management and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of commercial sales strategy across trade and retail channels
- Drive revenue growth, gross margin, and product mix across assigned partner accounts
- Develop, manage, and grow key trade and retail relationships
- Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities within trade, retail, and B2B markets
- Support the growth of a direct B2B commercial sales channel
- Work closely with retail partners to maximise sales performance
- Provide commercial insight to support leadership decision‑making
