Based in Leeds, or Manchester, you’ll work alongside a supportive team that values your growth and celebrates your strengths.

• Support the full resourcing and shortlisting process for interim and consultancy vacancies
• Coordinate interviews for internal and external roles with our Resourcing Administrator
• Check in with consultants on active assignments, monitoring performance and redeployment
• Take initiative on team projects beyond business as usual
• Identify and support business development opportunities using tools like Linked In
• Build strong relationships with Partners, Clients, and key stakeholders across the firm
• Deliver commercial targets in line with our SLAs and annual goals

• 1-2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house); legal/professional services background a plus
• Strong end-to-end sourcing, candidate pipelining, and attraction skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High standard of administration and commercial awareness
