Client Services Associate​/Relationship Manager Private Equity

We are working with a highly regarded private investment and private equity firm in Leeds to appoint a Client Services Associate into a relationship-led, high-growth role.

This position sits at the centre of the firms client model and is designed for someone who enjoys building trust, meeting people and developing long-term professional relationships.

You do not need deep technical finance experience. You do need maturity, curiosity and the confidence to engage thoughtfully with founders, family business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

• Act as a first point of contact for clients
• Shape early conversations and identify opportunities
• Build and maintain trusted relationships
• Meet clients in person, often in informal settings
• Represent the firm with warmth and discretion
• Attend events and stay close to aligned communities
• Recognise when to involve senior colleagues

The role is outward-facing and relationship-driven rather than desk-based.
