Your role as Account Executive:IDHL is seeking a dynamic, client facing Account Executive to play a pivotal role in the growth and development of its client portfolio.
The Account Executive will work as part of the Account Management team and the Project Management team and is responsible for delivering pro-active account management and project management support to nominated clients and the Account Managers/Project Managers.
This role is scheduled to begin in April 2026.
Main Accountabilities:- Managing smaller scale projects and retainers
- Creating project plans
- Managing revenue
- Scheduling internal resource
- Managing flow of work through production
- Preparing statements of work and meeting small targets
- Supporting Client relationships
- Working with Project Management Team on actioning scheduling requests
- Shadow both AM/PM on a larger scale complex build

Key Qualifications & Attributes:- Be extremely organised with experience of delivering high levels of customer service
- Advanced communication skills and an ability to develop, nurture and maintain customer relationships, building confidence and satisfaction to encourage repeat business
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and to plan and prioritise your own time and workload to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met on time and to the required standard
- Positively contribute to a team‑working environment, providing ideas and support to colleagues, build strong working relationships with the wider team and understand internal roles and responsibilities
- Knowledge and experience in the use of computer‑based business systems appropriate to the sales, marketing and account management functions
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and use high levels of initiative to deliver results
- Full, valid driving license
