In this role, you’ll become a trusted partner to both our customers and our internal teams, playing a key role in shaping collaborative forecasting and ensuring great service levels across the board. Arla Foods is looking to recruit a Customer Collaboration Planner to join our thriving Customer Collaboration team, working in a hybrid setup from our Leeds head office. You will report to the Customer Collaboration Team Leader and take on a collaborative role focused on maintaining strong customer satisfaction, providing end‑to‑end supply chain customer service, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Please note the role involves significant travel to customer sites, so flexibility is required.

You are an effective communicator capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Supply Planning, Logistics and beyond. You make sound judgements under pressure, using data to drive clear and well‑considered decisions.

Your strong understanding of short‑term collaborative forecasting and CPFR processes enables you to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies. You will also need strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capability.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues across Arla and external customers, professionally representing Arla at all times
• Chairing 30/60/90 meetings to review KPIs, ensure alignment, and support future planning
• Monitoring and analysing service results/KPIs, taking corrective action and balancing availability, stock levels and waste reduction
• Reviewing and recommending Customer Collaboration task allocation across teams
• Providing proactive solutions and coordinating with Commercial & Supply Chain to resolve issues quickly

This role sits within our Customer Collaboration team, working closely with demand planning, supply planning, commercial and logistics colleagues.
